Product Description:

The QM-QX04 Omni-directional Planetary Ball Mill is an essential equipment for blending, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small-batch production of high-tech materials. This product is characterized by its compact size, comprehensive functionality, high efficiency, and low noise. It is an ideal equipment for research institutions, higher education institutions, and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment). Equipped with vacuum ball milling jars, it allows sample grinding under vacuum or inert gas protection. This product can pulverize and blend materials of varying sizes and properties using both dry and wet methods. The minimum grinding product size achievable with this mill is as small as 0.1 micrometers (i.e., 1.0×10-4mm). It is widely used in sectors such as soil, geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.

The Omni-directional Planetary Ball Mill is designed with four ball milling jars mounted on a large disk. As the disk undergoes rotation (revolution), the ball milling jars perform self-rotation along their revolution trajectory. While the disk and the ball milling jars execute planetary motion, they can also perform 180° flipping within a three-dimensional space, and can be manually set to operate in any fixed position. This feature enhances the uniformity and fineness of the ground material and can address sedimentation and sticking issues for some materials.
