The mill offers rapid rotation, high energy, elevated efficiency, and fine particle sizes.
Product Description
Application of QM-DK2 Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill:
The QM-DK Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill is an essential apparatus for mixing, fine grinding, new product development, and small-scale production of advanced materials in a low-temperature environment. With its compact size, comprehensive functionality, high efficiency, and low noise levels, this mill finds extensive applications in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, environmental protection, light industry, construction materials, metallurgy, ceramics, and minerals.
The QM-DK Cryogenic Planetary Ball Mill introduces a continuous supply of cold air generated by an air cooling system into the planetary ball mill, which is enclosed by an insulating cover. This cold air effectively absorbs and removes the heat generated by the high-speed rotating grinding jars, maintaining the grinding material and balls within a controlled low-temperature environment.
