(Optional) explosion-proof system: the explosion-proof system is composed of solenoid valve, microcomputer, pressure display and transmitter, 24V power supply, AC contactor, etc. The pressure in the furnace is transferred to an electrical signal through the pressure display and the transmitter to the microcomputer, which compares with the set value and then gives the signal to control the AC contactor, so as to control the opening and breaking of the solenoid valve. When the pressure in the furnace is greater than the allowable pressure we set, the solenoid valve immediately opens and plays an explosion-proof role. We installed the air pipe on the solenoid valve, and the user can connect the pipe to discharge the gas outdoors, and the explosion-proof valve is a one-way valve, which can only exhaust, can not return, effectively ensuring the safety of the furnace.
The explosion-proof system has many advantages:
(1)with usability: when the pressure is greater than the set value, the solenoid valve opens, when the pressure is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve closes, unlike the mechanical riot control, it can not be used once.
(2)The setting value is adjustable: the user can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve through the microcomputer as needed
(3)the explosion-proof point is very sensitive: due to the use of micro computer and electrical signals, the pressure to the explosion-proof point immediately burst.
(4)Explosion-proof system safety: there is no debris flying out when the explosion starts.(If mechanical, glass pieces may fly out)
(5)explosion-proof system stability is good: due to the use of microcomputer and solenoid valve, to our setting point will explode, the user and can test, unlike mechanical can not be tested, to the explosion-proof point will open whether there is also a lot of uncertainty.
